Tuition and Discounts

At Betty’s, we strive to support the studio while also keeping tuition and fees affordable for our families. To spread out the cost of the programs, our families can make monthly tuition installments to cover the full term’s tuition rate. Tuition is based on the total number of hours the student takes per week. Monthly installment amounts are listed below. Families also pay a $35 registration fee when signing up for classes.

Dance Your Way Integrative Dance Class – $35 per month

Adult Tuition Rates

Adult Class are $10 for each class or 10 classes for $90 (10% discount).

Classes must be used within 90 days after purchase.

Private Lesson Rates

Studio Fee is $15 per person per hour.

Instruction fee is set by individual instructors.

Studio Fee for Extra Practice Reservations for Currently Enrolled Students

Studio Fee is $15 per hour for extra rehearsals or practices beyond the scheduled class times in the tuition scale. The person who reserves the studio space will be charged the studio fee and can collect from other participants to divide the fee fairly.

Payment Options

Registration fees of $35 per family are charged to the card on file once we have reviewed your registration.

Monthly Installments: Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are accepted in studio or online up until the 4th. On the 5th day of each month, all outstanding balances are charged to the credit card on file. If payment is still not received by the 10th of the month, a $15 late fee will be charged to the account.

Monthly payments are installments toward the full Annual Tuition divided into 9 equal payments and one partial payment upon registration. The monthly amounts are not based on actual classes held in each month.

Families can login to our studio portal at any time to see their account transactions or make a payment.

Performance Fees

Performance-01 Our Nutcracker performance fee is $75 per family plus costume rental fees which start at $25 per costume. The Performance fee includes one free Nutcracker t-shirt per family. These fees help us cover the studio’s cost for the performance. Tickets are sold in advance of the performance date for a reduced rate.

It is assumed that all dancers will be in the productions, and all families will be automatically charged for Performance & Costume Fees. To withdraw from a performance (and to be excused from Performance and Costume Fees), you must give the studio written notice no less than 90-days before the production date. Dancers who withdraw from performances may still attend class and participate fully. Because our production budget is set 90-days prior to the show, families are responsible for all Performance and Costume fees if we have not received notice of withdrawal by that time.

Dancers will receive their costumes only after all performance fees, costume fees, and tuition are paid. Dancers must have the assigned costume in order to perform. It is possible that paying these fees late could result in the inability for us to secure your dancer a costume and thus leave him or her ineligible to perform.
